Code cleanup
Worked all night to go through a massive cleanup of the code, replacing all uses of buffers of doubles by Matrix objects.

The code for lubyk up till here had been written quite fast and needed some massive cleanup. I spent the last night replacing pointer to doubles by pointers to matrices in messages.
It was quite strange to put the kids to bed, start working, forget about the time passing, here them waking up and take them out of bed. I really felt like “hey, they didn’t even sleep” but then realized the time had passed.
From this strange feeling I thought that we might need to sleep to cope with repetition (our body needs rest too but that’s not the point). I think that sleeping helps us forget the details of our lives and avoid us from feeling that we are repeating most of our actions, words and thoughts every day. Seeing the kids leave for school and going to bed felt really nice. It was like going out of a jail of habits and “correct ways to do things”. Nice.
